We like to be involved in the initial stages of a network setup so we can design in redundancy for future expansion and technology advancements, however many of our customers have older existing networks which we maintain, add on and upgrade if necessary.

We undertake data network fault investigations in local and wide area environments using information from multiple sources

We secure network systems by establishing and enforcing policies, and defining and monitoring access.

We support and administer firewall environments in line with IT security policy.

We give updated report network operational status by gathering and prioritizing information and managing projects.

We liaise with project management teams.

We maximize network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with network architects on network optimization.

We upgrade data network equipment to the latest stable firmware releases

We configure routing and switching equipment, hosted IP voice services and firewalls.
